Many of you know I struggled with infertility before getting pregnant with Roux. Here are a few of my favorite infertility tips and meals!

Right after the holidays, we went to Park City, UT as a family to safely celebrate the New Year and introduce Roux to skiing for the first time! Many of you may have seen that our trip ended with a brief trip to the ER because Loren dislocated his shoulder…BUT before then we had THE BEST time!

Since we recently took a trip to Park City, I figured I’d put together a list of when I brought in my carry on to keep Roux entertained for the five-hour flight!

Happy New Year! 2020 was a challenging year for everyone. I wanted to take a moment to write down some of the highs and lows from the year along with my intentions and goals for 2021. I even created a template for you to use so you can do the same. I hope this helps you plan for a positive and productive start to the New Year!

Since Christmas is going to look a little different this year because of the pandemic, Loren and I decided we wanted to work hard to try and make this year special in its own way.
