The first picture below was before I started 21 Day Fix Extreme. This was after the holidays - after traveling to Germany - and after vacationing in Florida for 2 months! Things got LAX people.

21 Days later - striped sports bra…. I was feeling MUCH better & much more like myself. During this round, I just followed the normal meal plan that came with the program.

I did a second round a week after that, and I followed the Countdown to Competition meal plan - which is just VERY simple and VERY structured. I did it - the whole way through and LOVED my results. Less than 2 months commitment, you guys!!!
