Some days when we are headed out the door early & need a SUPER QUICK breakfast or snack option I won’t even use a blender - I’ll just fill the Daily Sunshine shaker cup with 8 ounces of water, add the packet of Sunshine, SHAKE IT UP, and transfer it to a travel friendly toddler cup.
Most days, we use a blender so I can make it extra smoothie-like.
7 ounces of water + 3-4 ice cubes + 1/2-1 banana + half a handful of spinach + a spoonful of almond butter + packet of Sunshine. BLEND & serve!
SIDE-NOTE: the shaker cup has a little compartment on the bottom you can put your sunshine powder in for a TRUE on-the-go-snack.
