I’m so excited about my New Coach Training!!! I just got home from Coach Summit in Nashville! I was honored to be a presenter again this year - and between that, recognition & spending some much needed FACE-to-FACE time with my team - I was a busy girl!!

Coming home from Summit & getting back to my normal routine and all I can think about is how EXCITING it is to be a part of a community that encourages and supports such personal growth. Some of the coaches on my team made this video for me earlier this year - and THIS is the EXACT reason why I NEED to continue sharing this gift I have. This OPTION for families to tap in to & experience true freedom with!


What a tear jerker this is for me!! LOL!! Because these people are now my FRIENDS!! I genuinely CARE about them, their families, and their happiness.

In case you don’t know me yet 😉 I’m an entrepreneur & work full time from home, helping others get healthy & helping others build businesses of their own.

Make FITNESS your BUSINESS - LIVE & ANONYMOUS EVENT online WEDNESDAY!

Hey Everyone!! We are WELL into 2016 now, doesn’t seem possible does it!?! I know so many friends who are a little stressed out - they are still recovering from a pretty extended season where they didn’t make great food choices - and on top of it - they feel stressed out with their finances. I know I felt this way in 2013!! Can you relate? Make FITNESS your BUSINESS!!

I remember SO VIVIDLY - working HARD as a nurse, my husband serving our country, we were broke as a joke & somehow I learned to COPE with all of that by sitting on my couch EVERY - NIGHT, eating double-stuffed Oreos. I will ALWAYS remember how I felt when I just simply was DONE doing that to myself. When you are done, you are done!! I know you can relate to that if you’re still reading this.

I began my journey with Beachbody & P90X simply because I was TIRED of being a quitter & disappointed with the way I was treating my body. I was simply being lazy. I committed to my P90X and Shakeology because I NEEDED to get healthy. Not for abs. Not for clothes.

For me.

I had no clue that I was going to dive in to the BUSINESS! Literally, I had ZERO intentions of that - I simply wanted to be a CUSTOMER. But what do you know… as I plugged in to the Beachbody support community, followed my Beachbody meal plan, did my workout & drank Shakeology — I learned to replace my bad lazy habits with GOOD ones…. and there was no denying it - I WAS SEEING ACTUAL RESULTS. I remember this feeling of RELIEF - like…. oh my gosh…. whewwwwww…. I don’t HAVE to feel stuck. I can actually SEE results while I am treating my body right. I don’t have to jump through hoops - or worse - just ACCEPT the way things had always been.

Because of that, I set out to pay it forward. Truly, I just wanted to share my journey. I knew that I could help other people like me - simply by showing them that they CAN feel confident in their own skin - they CAN feel great about the way they take care of their bodies. I knew I could share the little tips I learned along my journey & that it would encourage women like me. I had a lot of friends just watching my journey - a bunch of old friends on social media saw that I cared about a healthy lifestyle & that what I was doing was working - so they asked me about it! I hosted online challenge groups & invested myself in helping them. These people started to trust me with their journey - they trusted me enough to see that if it worked for me - it could work for them, and so these friends began to purchase products through me!! It was SO exciting to be a part of their journey back to confidence!!!! These challengers would get such great results - they, like me, wanted to pay it forward - so they joined my team as coaches and began to build successful teams of their own! Network Marketing has such a weird rap. Technically, that IS what I do. But I like to look at it as a NORMAL person who saw results with INCREDIBLE products - shares that journey - and EMPOWERS other women to see that they can change too - they can reach their goals, have support & build their OWN version of successful organizations - all with my help & encouragement. Just like I was a small part of their journey as challengers - it is even MORE rewarding to be the person who encourages my coaches towards building a life of FREEDOM for their family - to be able to show them how to create more TIME-freedom and how to leave the legacy they always wanted. It’s pretty powerful stuff!! HA!! This isn’t for everyone & I am not looking for ANYone. If this isn’t for you - thats ok!!! But… if you feel that burn in your gut - like YOU are ready for more - like YOU are ready to see that you absolutely CAN achieve whatever it is you want to with Beachbody as your vehicle - all while HELPING others…. girl, I WANT TO HELP YOU DO THAT!!! Yea - you read that right. 327% raise through fitness.

Loren & I were sitting by the fire on New Year’s Eve, watching movies & goal setting for 2016 - we were cheering on our TEAM as they were still reaching for GOALS in 2015! AND we were recovering after hosting our entire family for Christmas! HAHA! {introverts!}

I got to looking around & focusing my attention on GRATITUDE & APPRECIATION for all that 2015 brought us - in life lessons, opportunities, friendship, success and financial growth.

2015 can be summed up for ME in just a few phrases.
â–ªSurrender
â–ªInner Strength
â–ªHard Freaking Work
â–ªResilient
â–ªGenuinely caring for others

Our team was officially named a 2014 Top Ten team, Loren came back from deployment that year, I accomplished big fitness goals, I traveled to France with my bestie for the Top Ten trip of a lifetime, Dynasty United became a 15 Star team while I was in France, was invited to speak at Summit, spoke at Leadership, I moved us into a new home while Loren was gone, made new friends & strengthened other awesome friendships within this amazing community, I took 18 of my leaders to Myrtle Beach and showed them our appreciation for all they do, we stayed a Top Ten team EVERY month in 2015, we became TOTALLY DEBT FREE, and Loren & I found inner strength through being separated so much. Our team ended up being the #11 team in the network - being passed up in the last week of the year! HAHA!! #brutal

From a NUMBERS perspective….. it paid off, though. From MONTH to MONTH - it didn’t always FEEEEEEEL like it was paying off. Because, well, hard work is hard work!!!

I missed SO many goals. I made MISTAKES as a leader. At times, I struggled with comparison. I missed my husband most weeks out of the year but I had this incredible team - these friendships - who really lifted me up & helped me in ways I could never fully express. I focused my energy on HELPING my challengers find their confidence again - from the inside out. They got HEALTHY!! They lost the extra weight!! My leaders SOARED in their OWN businesses & my newbies began to see how THEY can make their business truly their OWN. I’ve grown more as a person this year than any other year in my life.

What a rewarding year!!

So… a 327% weekly pay increase….. it was worth it. I compared the FIRST week’s pay of 2015 with the LAST weeks pay (this past week) and the increase was mind blowing. This isn’t even including Loren’s business center pay. If it weren’t my own, I wouldn’t believe it either.

The financial reward catches up with the HARD WORK. I know it doesn’t feel like it - but that compound effect DOES. KICK. IN.

You just have to stay the course & focus on people.

Don’t be easily discouraged.
Don’t fall over when the wind blows - because it will.
Focus on what you can LEARN from each set back - and you will be UNstoppable.

It’s not always pretty. It’s certainly not easy. Most won’t understand at first.
BELIEVE in AMAZING POSSIBILITIES for your family - because they are there!!

My family is JUST getting warmed up & I sincerely can’t wait for MORE time with my beau!
