Yea - you read that right. 327% raise through fitness.
Loren & I were sitting by the fire on New Year’s Eve, watching movies & goal setting for 2016 - we were cheering on our TEAM as they were still reaching for GOALS in 2015! AND we were recovering after hosting our entire family for Christmas! HAHA! {introverts!}
I got to looking around & focusing my attention on GRATITUDE & APPRECIATION for all that 2015 brought us - in life lessons, opportunities, friendship, success and financial growth.
2015 can be summed up for ME in just a few phrases.
▪Surrender
▪Inner Strength
▪Hard Freaking Work
▪Resilient
▪Genuinely caring for others
Our team was officially named a 2014 Top Ten team, Loren came back from deployment that year, I accomplished big fitness goals, I traveled to France with my bestie for the Top Ten trip of a lifetime, Dynasty United became a 15 Star team while I was in France, was invited to speak at Summit, spoke at Leadership, I moved us into a new home while Loren was gone, made new friends & strengthened other awesome friendships within this amazing community, I took 18 of my leaders to Myrtle Beach and showed them our appreciation for all they do, we stayed a Top Ten team EVERY month in 2015, we became TOTALLY DEBT FREE, and Loren & I found inner strength through being separated so much. Our team ended up being the #11 team in the network - being passed up in the last week of the year! HAHA!! #brutal
From a NUMBERS perspective….. it paid off, though. From MONTH to MONTH - it didn’t always FEEEEEEEL like it was paying off. Because, well, hard work is hard work!!!
I missed SO many goals. I made MISTAKES as a leader. At times, I struggled with comparison. I missed my husband most weeks out of the year but I had this incredible team - these friendships - who really lifted me up & helped me in ways I could never fully express. I focused my energy on HELPING my challengers find their confidence again - from the inside out. They got HEALTHY!! They lost the extra weight!! My leaders SOARED in their OWN businesses & my newbies began to see how THEY can make their business truly their OWN. I’ve grown more as a person this year than any other year in my life.
What a rewarding year!!
So… a 327% weekly pay increase….. it was worth it. I compared the FIRST week’s pay of 2015 with the LAST weeks pay (this past week) and the increase was mind blowing. This isn’t even including Loren’s business center pay. If it weren’t my own, I wouldn’t believe it either.
The financial reward catches up with the HARD WORK. I know it doesn’t feel like it - but that compound effect DOES. KICK. IN.
You just have to stay the course & focus on people.
Don’t be easily discouraged.
Don’t fall over when the wind blows - because it will.
Focus on what you can LEARN from each set back - and you will be UNstoppable.
It’s not always pretty. It’s certainly not easy. Most won’t understand at first.
BELIEVE in AMAZING POSSIBILITIES for your family - because they are there!!
