This is me! BRITTANY! I’m so in love with encouraging women to live WELL from the inside out! I’m over-the-top in love with my pup. I’m a true introvert learning to step into the potential God gave me. I hope we can connect here, I hope I share something that makes you smile and maybe even laugh. I hope I can encourage you to go for what you want in life and to fill yourself up so that you can give it all away to others. I know that hustle & heart will set me apart. - 3 days ago by brittanylegette Last month - I finished my SECOND round of 21 Day Fix Extreme.... and I followed the Countdown to Competition Meal Plan to a "tee." . The month was so CRAZY busy - I kinda sorta forgot to share my results!!! Ha!!! Oops!! . RIGHT after I finished my 2nd round - my husband came home from deployment & we literally HOPPED on a plane to an all inclusive vacation to Mexico with Beachbody ... so I guess I was a little distracted. . I'm a Beachbody coach - but before that, I was a Beachbody CUSTOMER who needed to see RESULTS. I needed to see that this stuff WORKED. . So I used it ... 2 years later - here I am. As a coach, I am far from perfect. I have a love/hate relationship with working out. Some weeks I love it & some I dread it - just being honest. So, from time to time - I get a little too LAX with my routines. Thats what happened before 21 Day Fix Extreme. . I didn't hate my body - I just knew I wasn't doing my best. . The first picture below was before I started 21 Day Fix Extreme. This was after the holidays - after traveling to Germany - and after vacationing in Florida for 2 months! Things got LAX people. . 21 Days later - striped sports bra.... I was feeling MUCH better & much more like myself. During this round, I just followed the normal meal plan that came with the program. . I did a second round a week after that, and I followed the Countdown to Competition meal plan - which is just VERY simple and VERY structured. I did it - the whole way through and LOVED my results. . I don't care about the scale - but after my 2nd round, it happened to be the lowest number I've seen in a very long time... very long. I leaned out - saw my core defined and definitely leaned out my bottom half of my body - which is my ultimate mission. . I'm a coach who is RESULTS focused. I host challenge groups every single month for this #1 purpose - to help people get results. The #2 purpose would be to create an online community where these people feel supported & encouraged WHILE they get their results. . I host them every single month. I never skip. Ever. Because people need help. . From one CUSTOMER to another - this is worth your time - worth your money - and

I work hard & intermittently rest hard. Lol. VERY MUCH LOOKING FORWARD TO MY MASSAGE TODAY! . Take the time to fill up. Doesn't have to cost anything. ✌️?️ Mental Energy is important to refill too!
